ABCnews.com brings to light the latest surge in gasoline by the gallon, and how the average Joe is feeling the pinch this summer due to rising gas prices. One of the reasons for the jump in pricing in their study finds that unrest in Egypt is to blame for “spooked markets” and thus increased oil prices.
